Overview
Property Management plans vary, as they are customized to fit each owner’s unique needs.
Our property management rates are typically between 8-10% of the monthly rent. Discount rates are available to owners with multiple properties.
Tenant Rent Collection
In the event a tenant fails to pay rent, we will file the necessary paperwork for an eviction, record a legal judgment and initiate the collections process.
The cost for doing this such included in the Property Management Plan.
How to works:
- Direct deposit payments into owner’s bank account
- Routine filing in district court for non-payment of rent to protect owner’s interest
- Refer skip and bad debt accounts to attorney for collection to maximize potential recovery
- Follow through with eviction, if necessary, to minimize losses
- Reporting the timelessness of rent payments to Transunion to be shared with the other credit bureaus
Repairs
