Who we are

Integrated Property Manager ("we", "us") provides property management software for landlords, their team members, accountants and tenants. Contact: info@integratedpropertymanager.com.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, role and sign-in security settings.
  • Property, lease, rent, repair and bill records entered by landlords.
  • Bookkeeping data from uploaded statements.
  • Bank and credit card data, only when an administrator chooses to link an account through Plaid: account names, masked account numbers, balances and transactions.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and device information for security and lease signing.

How we use it

To run the service: track rent and repairs, keep company books, produce reports for accountants, send rent reminders and invitations, process payments and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal or financial data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent and bank linking

Users agree to this policy when they create an account. Bank accounts are only linked when an administrator explicitly connects them through Plaid Link and authorizes access. By linking an account you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a linked account at any time.

Sharing

Data is visible only to authorized members of your own company according to their role. We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, Plaid, Stripe, email delivery), or when required by law.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher and stored data is encrypted at rest. Every sign-in requires multi-factor authentication, access is role-based, and bank access tokens are kept server-side only.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your company's account is active. When a linked bank account is disconnected, we stop retrieving its data. When a company closes its account, or a person asks us to delete their data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example tax or payment records), which are deleted once no longer required. This policy is reviewed at least annually.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing info@integratedpropertymanager.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other jurisdictions have the rights provided by their local privacy laws.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above.
